Reviews and Ratings
Our stay had both highs and lows. On the positive side, the villas were clean and well-furnished, plus the staff at the on-site bar and restaurant were absolutely delightful. However, the uncomfortable beds and the lack of amenities like adequate cutlery really stood out as frustrating aspects. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some decent highlights but also significant drawbacks.
Our stay at Sueno Azul was quite lovely, with a beautiful and clean complex that felt safe and inviting. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. However, the poolside bar and restaurant service fell short, as we experienced several issues with the opening hours and food availability. Despite these hiccups, we had a wonderful time overall and would recommend it, hoping for improvements in the dining experience.
I just returned from a short but amazing stay at this resort spa. The entire complex is impeccably clean and the villas are spacious and well-equipped, making for a really comfortable experience. The pool area is a nice, quiet spot to relax, though it's quite small. The bar and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel at home, but I was a bit let down by the inconsistency in the dining service. Overall, I would definitely come back, particularly for the pleasant vibe and quality of the accommodations.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location felt peaceful and ideal for families, and the staff at the on-site restaurant were incredibly welcoming. However, the accommodation for six adults was quite cramped and uncomfortable, particularly the small third bedroom. I found value for money lacking given the high charges for utilities and the overall experience.
Our stay at this resort was simply delightful. The villas were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, making for a very comfortable experience. The location was quiet but still allowed easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, particularly with the pool bar's inconsistent service. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.
